About Our East Kent T.O.M.C.C

Founded in 2018, the East Kent Triumph Owners Club has grown into a friendly, active and well-established branch of the Triumph Owners Motor Cycle Club. We are proud to have an enthusiastic membership, bringing together riders of all ages and experience levels who share one common passion – riding Triumph motorcycles. Our members ride everything from beautifully restored classic Triumphs to the very latest modern machines. Whether you’ve been riding for decades or have recently bought your first Triumph, you’ll always find a warm welcome and plenty of like-minded people to ride with.

We meet on the first Tuesday of every month (excluding January) at The Drum Inn, Stone Street, Stanford North, Kent, TN25 6DN, starting at 7.00 pm in the back room. Visitors are always welcome, so why not come along, meet the members and see what we’re all about? The club enjoys a busy calendar of events throughout the year, with regular Wednesday and Sunday ride-outs between April and October. Recent highlights have included an unforgettable trip to the Isle of Man and a fantastic week touring the beautiful countryside of Normandy, France. Members enjoyed some of the region’s finest riding roads while also visiting the historic D-Day sites at Omaha Beach and Arromanches-les-Bains, combining spectacular scenery with a fascinating glimpse into history.

Not every ride is about the destination—although we certainly visit some memorable places. It’s just as much about the journey, the roads, the scenery and, above all, the company. Of course, no East Kent ride-out would be complete without stopping for a hearty breakfast, plenty of coffee, and the inevitable motorcycle chat and good-natured banter along the way.

Many of our ride destinations are suggested and chosen by members, with routes taking in scenic countryside, coastal roads, historic landmarks and hidden gems that many riders might otherwise never discover. Whether you’re still working, retired, or somewhere in between, we aim to offer rides that suit everyone. Midweek outings are particularly popular with members who have more flexibility, while weekend rides ensure those with work and family commitments can still enjoy riding with the club.

Above all, we’re a friendly group who simply enjoy riding motorcycles, exploring new places and sharing great experiences with good friends. New members are always welcome, whether you’re an experienced tourer, an occasional Sunday rider or completely new to the Triumph family.
